Player Obligations

· Players shall attend all practices, games, team meetings, and events as scheduled by the Team, unless excused for illness, injury, or other valid reasons by the coaching staff.

· Players must maintain physical fitness and adhere to any team-mandated conditioning programs.

· Players agree to comply with the rules and regulations specific to 11-man football, as well as those outlined by governing bodies (state, league, etc.).

· Players are expected to conduct themselves with sportsmanship, respect, and integrity, both on and off the field.

· Players must promptly report any injuries or illness to the coaching staff and seek appropriate medical care.

· Players agree to wear all required safety equipment during practices and games, including but not limited to helmet, mouthguard, shoulder pads, and appropriate footwear.

Team Obligations

· The Team shall provide qualified coaching, appropriate practice facilities, and equipment necessary for participation in 11-man football.

· The Team shall ensure the health and safety of players to the best of their ability, including access to medical care when necessary.

· The Team agrees to register for league play and ensure all games are organized according to the rules of 11-man football.

· The Team shall foster a positive team environment, promote inclusivity, and encourage the personal growth and development of the Player.

· The Team will provide uniforms, necessary equipment, and information on schedules, travel, and league regulations.

Conduct and Discipline

· Players are expected to adhere to a code of conduct and may be subject to disciplinary action for violations of team rules, league regulations, or this Agreement.

· Disciplinary actions may include suspension, fines, or termination of this Agreement, depending on the nature of the infraction.
